Monday Morning – a trip to the Slovak Paradise.
In wedding shoes…
Majka and Radka, Bachelors of Science in Psychology. This is why I came beautiful Kosice in the first place in the first place.
Here at the first pictures from the afternoon I spend in Budapest, before I could get on the very much delayed train to Kosice. Coming from cold Denmark with 15 degrees wearing long jeans and semi-sweater, to 35 degrees was hell.
But is is great that Hungarians are so nice and open. Then you have someone to spend time with and talk to.
Here is a couple of pictures from this travel day.
zzzzzz … up early at 04:15 this morning to shower and make it in time for the first time, so that I can catch the early express train to Copenhagen airport at 05:57.
But this trip is fore sure going to be worth it! 3+ hours to Copenhagen airport, 1,5 hours to Budapest, 3 more hours to Kosice….. Hope to get some sleep….
The rumours of this blogs passing, are exaggerated.
It has been more than 6 months since last post, but the blog is not dead. The coming month will feature some blogging from my travels in Central Europe, more specifically Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic.
In addition, I have almost finished new articles about some cool Apple gear and how it compares/compared to my old gear and what I think of the upgrade I made. Further, there will be a short tragic store about what happened to Man´s best Friend in June 2010 in Denmark.
Cheers,

It has now been a little more than a month after I upgraded Apple Mac OS X 10.5 “Leopard” to 10.6 ”Snow Leopard”.
The upgrade took about 45min total, from when the upgrade DVD was inserted and the machine had rebooted.
The computer boots faster now and applications start a little faster. In addition, this is the first time ever where after an OS upgrade I have experienced not only new and improved functionality, but also increase in speed AND about 5GB more free hard drive space! Yay!
It was a joy to open the mailbox today. My Snow Leopard upgrade DVD from Apple, finally arrived!
I got it for just 59 DKK, as I bought my Macbook Pro after the new June 8th announcements and before the actual release day on August 28th.
The 59 DKK is a so-called “Shipping and handling fee”… A bit much for shipping and handling if you ask me, even though the disc came in the mail from Holland.
But anyway, 59 DKK or 229 DKK is still lightyears ahead of any upgrade ever from Microsoft. As far as I know, Microsoft is going to offer the Windows 7 upgrade for like 129-159$!
After putting customers through Windows Vista, they should offer people this upgrade for free!!!!!!!
It is no wonder why more and more people are switching to Apple – Once you go Mac – You do not go Back….
My Slovak friend Dominika is in this years Miss Wellness beauty contest.
Vote for her at: http://www.kalypsoagency.sk/misswellness2009/

Today I passed my last exam, for the degree of Master in Information Technology / Software Engineering. After long, almost 3 hour exam, I can now relax and be a real slacker like everyone else in Sct. George!
Due to some problems with a memory card, this party gallery has only 14 pics this time.
But it was a GREAT party, best Sangria ever – thank you Esmaralda.
With the recent product launches, Sony has made it clear that they want a bigger piece of the dSLR cake.
Of special interest are their aggressive pricing for the new Alpha 850 24.6MP full-frame camera.
What does this mean for us non-Sony users???
After about waiting 1 month, I finally qualified for Google Adsense last night.
It is NOT easy. Besides having good content, you must also have at least some traffic – and a privacy policy on the site……..
